First time ever visiting a Noble Romans.
Mixed review.
The young man at the register was there for the first time without a mentor. The computer glitched, and he rolled through it with ease. It was obvious he was nervous but pushed through.
The food was much better than expected. I wasn't expecting much due to how the dining room looked. For whatever reason, the man who I can only assume was the manager sitting at a booth doing manager things instead of bussing the dining room. Or, getting his staff to clear tables. The ambiance is nice, but the dirty tables diminished the experience.
40 minutes after sitting, we finished our meal. Tables around us were still dirty.
Back to the food: excellent! Better than Pizza Hut!
Sevice: Excellent

Usually get carry out and love Noble Romans. However, we dined in today and the pepperoni and crust were burnt. We took it up to the kid running the counter and told him it was overdone compared to usual and tasted burnt. His response was that it’s supposed to be crispy and just said sorry and walked away from us. Usually have better service and quality but today was awful.

I had high hopes for this place because it advertises that it’s craft pizza. This is definitely not craft pizza. The best thing about this place was the staff. The girls working the counter were really nice and helpful. Other than that, dirty bathrooms, mediocre pizza and pitchers of beers is what you can expect here.

It was a good meat pizza with candiana bacon, pepperoni and sausage. It was cooked just right thin crust and the crust had a crisp to it. I highly recommend noble Romans.

First time visiting. The food was good. Couple issues. First off it was pretty warm inside, to the point 2 of my grandkids faces were reddish and we feared they would get sick. It was actually better temp outside when we left than in the restaurant. Second, the salad bar had quite a few toppings, but was really disappointed that they did not have a French/honey French salad dressing. I consider that to be a staple for any dressing options. I would say the employees were very attentive and friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and prices on par with other places. All in all it was just an ok place to go for dinner.
