When I finally had a break in my 12 hour workdays, I go out of my way to CVS to get my meds. I stand in line for 15 minutes. They just installed new self service kiosks except the pharmacist still has to give you the medication so the kiosks don't save any time. In fact they waste time when the old people like the man in front of me have issues and the kiosk pulls up another patient's information and blasts it to a stranger. Then the pharmacist has to fix that too. Finally I get to the counter and do the stupid kiosk and she brings the meds and she scans them. And then she says my prescription is expired. So why did CVS just text me to pick it up??? I just waited in line for 15 minutes. I hate you guys so much

This place is an absolute catastrophe. It's as if they go out of their way to make sure it will be the worst experience you've ever had with a pharmacy. It's rare that everything goes smoothly. They will say they lost your RX, then you talk to a different person and they will say they are out of stock, the next person says it's too early to fill when you're 3 days late for refill. It's one thing after another and it continues to get even worse with every passing day. They also keep changing the automated system and every time it's less user friendly than the previous one. I also know medical personnel who have to deal with this place when calling in prescriptions. They have nothing but problems with them as well.

I'm not sure what's going on with this location but every time I go to get refills that are scheduled ahead of time refills. This last time I had several refills of common medications and they were out of three of them and it took 4 days to get one of them.

Worst customer service. Pretending to put me on hold to ask the pharmacist questions only to come back 10 seconds later giving me a made up answer to get me off the phone. Very rude, condescending, and had a mouth full of food chewing in my ear. It’s obvious customer service skills are a thing of the past. Go work somewhere else if you hate your job instead of taking it out on customers.

Careful using this self check out the receipt. Paper is not in there good and when you take it, you run the risk of pulling the whole thing out and they will gaslight you into thinking is your fault not their defect.
