I am normally not a fan of AT&T, having had bad service and customer service experiences. I am using them again due to recently being included in my son's account. I ran into some difficulties that couldn't be rectified online, so I went into the store in Brownsburg to see if they could be fixed in person. It turned out to be the best customer service experience I've EVER experienced at any company. Jordan was working and not only did he know how to help, he looked up anything that he thought could be more help, plus he had the best attitude I've ever run into and I'm nearly 70. His friendliness and concern were genuine, his desire to help was obvious, and he got the job done very well, even when running into some AT&T system snags. He deserves a raise and should be the gold standard for hiring service staff!

This 5 star 🌟 review is for Drew. He was at the Lebanon store and helped me get my new phone activated. The screen on my old phone went white and is unusable. My new phone wanted to do a 2 step verification by sending a code to my unusable phone. I called att and they said they couldn't help me. Really? Anyway, Drew knew what to do. Plus I got to witness him with other customers. What a pleasant, helpful attitude. Thank you, Drew!

Jordan at the local AT&T store in Brownsburg, Indiana took care of me. He is a very professional and knowledgeable young man, kind and that knows his profession. This young man is an asset to any company he would work for👍

Hello! This is such a greta store to visit. Friendly staff and a friendly environment. Aidan was the best screen protector replacer I've ever seen. Aidan should be put in my pocket so I can always have him around for tech support. Thank you ATT

Brandon is a delight to work with. He was able to understand my issues and resolve them quickly.
He is persistent on screen protectors. I pay for warranty and will use it as needed. :-)
I hate "T," @Home employees understand, as a corporate entity. However, after some major spam and nation wide outage, it's stable now.
