Very deceptive. James was a smooth talker but delivered little. None of my discounts or rebates went through with what he did, I had to do it myself. Bill came in much higher than he quoted. Other employees have been helpful. I regret switching from Verizon. I'm changing my 3 star review to a 1 star review. I was told I would not be charged $75 for a sim card when I discovered a sim card for my tablet was not installed when I fist thought I was getting my tablet activated. The next day I discoved I was charged. This store can't seem to get anything right. Now I've had to deal with AT&T for the last hour trying to get a refund.

Went in with a phone issue which they did fix. Dealt with the manager and was advised I could save money by paying with automated checking withdrawal for our phones ($70 per month savings). The manager then asked who I used for internet and what was I paying. I was on Spectrum and had concerns with AT&T as fiber was not an option so I had doubts AT&T Air would be a good choice. Well after trying out for a few weeks while keeping Spectrum I found out they were 3-4 times faster and half the price I was paying Spectrum ($70 for Spectrum- $35 for AT&T with auto pay from checking). Thank you AT&T!!

If you go into this location make sure you work with James or Jeremiah. Do not use Connor unless you want to get billed for extras you requested not to have and he assured he would cancel. I signed up for an upgrade on my phone and was told the only way it could be delivered to the store was if we were signed up for insurance. This was not true because we had previously upgraded my husband‘s phone while working with James and not had any trouble. When I came back in to pick up my phone and requested that the insurance be taken off Connor told me that he would do so but did not. Now we have extra charges and have had to spend a chunk of the morning trying to get them removed. Jeremiah the district manager was helpful but still unable to fix the charges so now spending time on ATT chat to remove the charges I never wanted anyway.

Chris and the entire Brownsburg team were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. They got me a GREAT deal on Internet and were so personable through the entire experience! Chris was very knowledgeable and made sure I was all set. I can’t recommend him and the staff enough!

Was having problems with customer service on phone and went into store and James fixed everything that they couldn't do. He was so patient and very knowledgeable. He was truly amazing!
