Evan and Matt came out to take care of my plumbing issues. They did a great job of explaining what caused the issues I was having and explained all of the work that needed to be completed. They did a great job completing the work.

I was able to make an appointment same day to service my AC even with the heatwave we’re experiencing. Silas was very courteous with my wife and did a great job at explaining the diagnosis and repair options. The house is much cooler now and we were actually able to get a good nights sleep. We will absolutely use Summers again in the future.

After two reschedules, I thought my installation would be delayed yet again. This technician went above and beyond by completing the job at the end of his day on his way home. He even drove to Greenwood to pick up a part from another technician's truck to ensure the installation could be completed. He was personable, professional, and finished the job incredibly quickly. Outstanding customer service and dedication—I truly appreciate his effort!

Our technician was patient and thorough. He made sure we got what we asked for even waiting for the correct size toilet from the shop. Did not leave until everything was just what we needed. Very pleased.
