I had a wonderful service experience with Summers. They sent a plumber out right away to diagnose and repair my issue. Jacob was great! He thoroughly explained what was going on, answered all my questions, got the work done efficiently, and cleaned up the area once he was finished. I would definitely use their services again.

Silas was a fantastic tech, knowledgeable and friendly. Explained our situation very well. He is a 5 star tech. 4 stars for the company because I had an appointment that got delayed due to an unexpected meeting for the techs and I wasn't told about it until I called asking where the tech was. The staff is really friendly, I just wish that they would have called me to tell me there was a delay.

The lady employee was very polite and told me step by step on what she was going to do and showed me pictures of problem and an extra spray leak which we were not aware of. She was very quick and easy to relate with. She took the coupon but subtracted the $5.00 off with the can donation I asked her to take (showed on coupon). I was very pleased. Thanks

Highly recommend Summers Heating and Cooling. Cole was great. He not only did his job he also educated us on things we didn’t know pertaining to heating and cooling. My late husband was a Mechanical Contractor and I know for a fact he would want Cole on his team!!!
