I found this clinic while searching for a rotation for my Nurse Practitioner course and I have to say Rosie is one of the most knowledgeable and caring providers I have ever met. Not only does she emphasize looking at the whole picture of the patient, but she always makes herself available to answer questions and ensure you are learning. She and her staff made my clinical experience one of the best experiences that I ever had and I will always be grateful for their kindness and support. Thank you!! (:
I have had an outstanding experience at Brownsburg Clinic and Med Spa. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The clinic is clean, modern, and professional, creating a relaxing atmosphere for any treatment. One of the biggest highlights of my visits has been Rosie Sandhu, NP. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and patient. She takes the time to explain every procedure thoroughly, ensuring I feel confident and comfortable. Her expertise in aesthetic treatments, especially laser procedures, is unparalleled. I’ve seen amazing results, and my skin has never looked better. I’ve come across some negative reviews, but I have to strongly disagree with them. My experiences have been nothing but positive, and Rosie’s professionalism and skill speak for themselves. It’s evident that she truly cares about her patients and strives for the best results. If you’re considering laser treatments, injectables, or skincare services, I highly recommend Brownsburg Clinic and Med Spa. You won’t be disappointed!
The prices here are higher than other places. I was hoping the higher prices would mean higher quality laser hair removal, and more effective results, but that was not the case. Rosie's technique was inconsistent. She missed some areas, circled other areas over and over, causing burns and pain. I was in a lot of pain for 3 days after treatment and after 3 weeks, I did not see a lot of hairs shedding. The clinic also offers discounts after 15 sessions, which seems like a red flag to me, especially considering my experience here and other places. Since laser hair removal is typically effective in 6–10 sessions, so if you're still going after 15 sessions, you've been wasting your time and money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.
Every encounter I have with Rosie is professional, attentive and educational. She takes the time to truly understand my health goals and I’m never rushed during my appts. I highly recommend her practice for all of your wellness needs!
