From the first call to schedule my appointment, staff was nothing but kind, competent, and so friendly. They were upfront about the cost, got me an appointment very quickly for being a new client, and got me in and out so fast during my appointment to fix my permanent retainer.
Office was so bright, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend this orthodontist!

I very highly recommend Vaughn Orthodontics (Brownsburg, Speedway, and Plainfield offices). I was very impressed with Dr. Vaughn and Lexie when we went in for an initial consultation last fall. Dr. Vaughn was so good with my son and explained everything very well. He uses the latest technology and is really easy to talk with. He also patiently answered all of my many questions. And saw my son again for a second consultation when a different orthodontist said something that didn't match what he said. That was going above and beyond and I really appreciated that. Geraldine placed my son's expander and she patiently chatted with him until he was ready to do each step. She did a great job and helped make it a positive experience for my son. I was able to be right there with him the whole time, as well.
We have needed to come in a couple of times since my son's expander was placed. Dr. Vaughn and the staff have been very helpful and accommodating each time.

This team and the Doc are the very best! Always so nice, always busy (popular), always efficient, helpful, professional, I could go on and on. I can't name one time in 2 years where they didn't exceed expectations. I feel so lucky that we have them around this area for all who need their services.

Vaughn Orthodontics has been nothing short of amazing so far. Every time we arrive we are welcomed with warm smiles and great interaction with staff. Each visit and next steps are explained in detail at each appointment. My daughters case is a little more extensive than most, but Dr. Vaughn has seemed to have given extra effort to make her teeth perfect. I’m looking forward to the final outcome!

I can’t say enough positive things about the care and customer service my children and I have received from VO. Our teeth look GREAT 😁 from the excellent orthodontic care from Dr Vaughn. We also had amazing customer service from the front office staff, orthodontic assistants and manager. I would highly recommend this practice; what a great group of people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
