They sent letters, phone calls and they were always in contact with us. They took a really good care of my daughter and her bright and beautiful smile.

We had a great experience with Dr. Altschul and his team during our son’s orthodontic experience. They were always prompt with returning calls and answering questions along the way. All staff were friendly and welcomed us with a smile each visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic care and treatment!

Highly recommend Dr. Altschul and his great team for any orthodontic needs. We did everything out of the Brownsburg office which recently moved into a brand new location that is very convenient for appointments during the school day. Dr. Altschul and team took great care of my daughter through her two phases of orthodontic appliances and now beyond with her retainer. Everyone at the office is always extremely friendly and easy to work with as they always make the plan and upcoming appointment expectations crystal clear. Scheduling was always a breeze for many appointments over the last two years and Dr. Altschul even made time after hours to make sure my daughter received some unexpected care which we were very grateful for. Dr. Altschul and his staff went above and beyond to make the entire process as comfortable and easy as possible for my daughter and she is so happy with her new smile.

I paid off my account, and then was 'accidentally' billed almost $200 the next month. After I caught the error, I graciously did not complain and just allowed them to fix their error.
The very next day I dropped my daughter off at 8:10 for an 8:00 appointment and was promptly told to reschedule. It did not matter to them that we were affected by the 267/136 road construction, or that there was only ONE customer in the office or that they over billed me by almost $200 - they were entirely unwilling to accommodate or help out their customer.

We are really pleased with the care and attention we received, from speaking over the phone to make appointments to treatment overview, to check-in, to understanding the financial options. My son received excellent care getting his braces on, and Dr. Altschul’s staff got in contact with our dentist to coordinate care. While this is an expensive undertaking and it will certainly cause some physical discomfort, we feel good about working with this office and staff.
