I didn’t even know this location has been there for as long as it has! Got a lot of help from Christopher (Chris?) who I believe is one of the in-store managers. If he isn’t, he should be. Super helpful, smart guy, who kept steering my wife and I closer and closer to the better (not necessarily more expensive) options. We both got exactly what we wanted (and how we wanted it,) and she’s very … particular about no hidden fees, knowing exactly what we’re getting and for how long, etc. So, would recommend this store if you’re in Brownsburg. Big help. Easy peasy. Ask for Christopher.

Simon helped me out getting a brand new phone for 0 dollars with a 3 year contract. I was very appreciative. I’m low on money and Simon did everything in his power to get me out the door with a smile. Very professional. To top it off Simon was helping out a Hispanic customer speaking fluent Spanish. Makes the environment feel welcoming to anyone knowing that Simon will help them. doesn’t matter who you are!

Joel and Simon were top tier today. Taking the time to assist my daughter and I with the upgrade of her phone. Service was so great I came back and upgraded mine several hours later.

We had a great experience at this location! Cameron is very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and was truly wanting to help us understand our new phones. He was a pleasure to work with!
