I have been to this store several times. Drew is always kind and helpful. Today we got a new line added, Drew walked us through everything and Kali helped finish the process. Easy setup and transfer.

This 5 star 🌟 review is for Drew. He was at the Lebanon store and helped me get my new phone activated. The screen on my old phone went white and is unusable. My new phone wanted to do a 2 step verification by sending a code to my unusable phone. I called att and they said they couldn't help me. Really? Anyway, Drew knew what to do. Plus I got to witness him with other customers. What a pleasant, helpful attitude. Thank you, Drew!

I am normally not a fan of AT&T, having had bad service and customer service experiences. I am using them again due to recently being included in my son's account. I ran into some difficulties that couldn't be rectified online, so I went into the store in Brownsburg to see if they could be fixed in person. It turned out to be the best customer service experience I've EVER experienced at any company. Jordan was working and not only did he know how to help, he looked up anything that he thought could be more help, plus he had the best attitude I've ever run into and I'm nearly 70. His friendliness and concern were genuine, his desire to help was obvious, and he got the job done very well, even when running into some AT&T system snags. He deserves a raise and should be the gold standard for hiring service staff!

Drew at the Brownsburg AT& T store was outstanding in every way! We went there after waiting 20+ minutes at the Speedway store where neither employee on the floor ever acknowledged us in any way as they followed two families around the store while they picked up and examined every product without buying anything. I suggest either hiring better staff there like Drew in Brownsburg, or closing that dreadful place. Brownsburg is where we will go from now on! Yeah Drew!
