Very bad experience with the technician.The rudest person ever.
I needed my son seizures med.I wanted to fix his prescription so I can get his medication before I run out.The person i spoke to was yelling at me for asking questions.When I told her don’t yell at me she hung up the phone.Then I call again, she picked up and when I asked for manager again she hung up again.for the third time I called she picked the phone and didn’t say her name and I asked for her name, with out saying her name she put me on hold.
Then somebody else picked and helped me but I told her I am recording you because she doesn’t want to give the name of the person who was rude to me. She said it is not allowed to give her name.She is trying to cover up for her coworker.
My son’s prescription costs $11000 . This will be my last at cvs.unprofessional!!!

ONE worker on a a Friday evening … numerous cars in line at drive-up & line inside.
I’m not sure CVS deserves the five stars but this one young worker certainly does!!! Way to hang in there with a smile.

Staff was extremely pleasant knowledgeable there's a problem with insurance and they work together and was able to navigate through it solve the problem which was a vaccination with no cost to me which is what I wanted The lady that administered the shot was super pleasant helpful and preventive on future problems gave me some hints and some suggestions she was great they're all great I wish I could have stayed longer The brownsburg CVS is awesome

You can’t say your Pharmacy is “Open 24 hrs” when you close it down from 130-2p for lunch. I just LOVE to show up to pick up an urgently needed script and found out you are CLOSED! 🤬

I wait patiently in line and finally get to the window. It just hit 1:30 so everyone leaves for lunch leaving the line to just screw off. Absolute clowns here - I’m moving to mail order with someone else.
