I wanted to share my recent experience regarding my scheduled appointment. Due to my busy schedule during the week, I was unable to respond to two phone calls and several text messages.
I found the text stating "see you at 8" somewhat misleading, as I arrived at the appointment only to be informed that I needed to reschedule. I understand the importance of communication, and while I recognize that I did not respond to the messages, I did arrive as per the instruction given in the text.
While I can accept the need to reschedule, I must admit I was disappointed by the situation. While I will not be rescheduling, I understand the challenges we all face with busy schedules, and I hope we can find a way to improve our communication in the future, in terms of making it know in a text that if we don’t respond you’ll have to reschedule. And not just say see you soon.
UPDATE WITH PICTURE:
Y'all need to get it together. I don’t appreciate being turned away when you said “see you soon”, And then to have the audacity to still send an email wanting me to make an appointment. Absolutely not.
UPDATE AGAIN 2/5/25:
I received another email requesting to schedule an appointment. I don’t appreciate being asked twice to reschedule an appointment after telling your front desk person, when she cancelled my appointment when I arrived for said appointment, that I will not be back.

First time visit was a very pleasant experience. All of my dental techs were very kind, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Lenos was great as well. I would highly recommend Green Street Dental Care to anyone needing dental care.

As a new patient, it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. My Dental Hygienist, Courtney, was very gentle and sympathetic towards my situation. So far, it has been an excellent experience, that could have been a high anxiety one for me.

Best experience I’ve had at the Dentist EVER. The entire team was so nice, helpful and professional! They make you feel right at home and comfortable. Dr. Miller was amazing, she saved me from having constant pain and having to go to my girls night out Christmas party with a broken smile! Not having to worry about smiling with your teeth and being self conscious all the time was truly a weight off my shoulders. Thank you so much Green Street Dental!

Today marks the end of what has been an otherwise ok relationship with this office. Not sure what's going on lately, but they've recently cancelled on me 4 times in a row with little to no notice.
While I normally would abandon this sinking ship quietly and find care somewhere else, I managed to make it in this morning without receiving notice that my appointment had once again been cancelled.The 'lady' at the front desk (not Tammy) had the charm of a warden greeting visitors at a maximum security lock up facility. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I'll be surprised if they're still open by the end of the year.
