I wanted to post because of the wonderful customer service we received from Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. We had a unique and mysterious noise coming from the the attic/furnace which they came out 2 times to find the noise, never questioning me on why it only occurs at night when it is really cold and they aren't here. Their goal was to take what ever it took to make us happy with the outcome. All of their techs were so polite, professional, with great communications thru out the process. I highly recommend using them for all you HVAC needs. Thank you again, we'll see you in the spring when they come out for our spring service, part of the yearly service agreement.

Kirby was fantastic. Our system went out on a VERY hot, humid day and it was after hours. They were able to come check things for us that evening and installed the new system the next day. They were even able to help me set up an affordable payment plan. I highly recommend them!

Called on a Sunday during frigid temps due to thermostat dropping from set temperature. Technician called to inform of his arrival time and quickly found our problem. His heating expertise was great! Pricing was fair! We will continue using Kirby Heating & Cooling!

I highly recommend Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning. From troubleshooting, estimating, scheduling for new install Kirby's Team has been extremely helpful and informative. Scheduling and financing was very quickly taken care of and their install team was extremely professional.
I have used Kirby for yearly maintenance over the years and their team is always there 100% to accommodate the needs of my HVAC system. Great job Kirby Team!

I moved into a 2003 mobile home home with the origional GAS HVAC. To replace it, I asked my friend, a retired commercial heating & air company owner who to use. He checked with another retired HVAC company owner. They recommended Kirby. I got 2 other bids for the replacement. Kirby's bid was the fairest. Josh & Sam installed mine in 1 day. Josh has 30 years experience. He fine tuned my unit to where it's worked great since they installed it 3 days ago. I would definately recommend using Kirby for your HVAC needs.
