My air conditioner went out on one of the hottest nights of the year. The next morning I called Kirby and Robert, an owner of the company, was out that morning. He knew what was wrong right away and had all the parts on his truck. In short time he had everything up and running and for a very reasonable price. It is good to know that there are still companies out there that do honest work for an honest price!

Kirby was fantastic. Our system went out on a VERY hot, humid day and it was after hours. They were able to come check things for us that evening and installed the new system the next day. They were even able to help me set up an affordable payment plan. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning. From troubleshooting, estimating, scheduling for new install Kirby's Team has been extremely helpful and informative. Scheduling and financing was very quickly taken care of and their install team was extremely professional.
I have used Kirby for yearly maintenance over the years and their team is always there 100% to accommodate the needs of my HVAC system. Great job Kirby Team!

KIRBY IS HONEST, HONEST PRICING, NOT TRYING TO SELL A NEW UNIT AT EVERY CALL. Last year had a capacitor replaced by Control Tech in Zionsville for an exorbitant amount, it went out two weeks after warranty. SHOCKING. So I had switched to Kirby after getting burned by Control Tech. Kirby cost a third of the price Control Tech Cost last year. Glad we found Kirby. Sad that Control Tech gouged a long time customer.

My furnace failed for a bad igniter. Kirby responded promptly. Tech Fernando showed me the faulty part so I could understand what was wrong. All professional and prompt in their service.
