Dennis responded to an emergency request to diagnose the A/C that stopped working after basement flooded. He was friendly, courteous, exceptionally through and even taught me how to re-light the pilot on the hot water tank, which was not part of his job. I was totally impressed with his service. I hope I can request him for annual maintenance because I feel so confident in his expertise.
Erika and Zak came this morning bright and early and replaced the water heater in record time. Courteous and friendly, and thorough. They kept me informed of every step along the way and even were careful opening and closing doors since there are cats in the house. I confidently recommend them.

Mowery took care of my family today. Our AC was not keeping up with the heat, so I gave them a call on Thursday to schedule service. Less than 24hrs later our AC was serviced by Nick. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing which made me feel at ease about the situation. Nick had me up and running again in less than 1hr. I received very fair and reasonable pricing, so I will definitely call Mowery again should I need any HVAC annual services and repairs. Thank you all for your professional service and communication.

Mowery came out to replace our nearly 30 yr. old A/C. It was a 5* experience from the beginning, with Jon quoting the job with honesty and integrity. I was wanting to replace the furnace, but Jon did not think that necessary, being the furnace was less than 10 yrs old and being a Lennox. He was very forthright and detailed in what they would do, even going an extra mile or two at no additional cost. Jason and Nick installed the unit. They did a great job with a great attitude. It was particularly special when Chip, the owner, visited to meet me and and personally thank us for the business. (That earned you a bonus *).This convinced me that Mowery genuinely cares for their customers needs. Thanks Mowery team. ps. kudos to Addison, who took my initial call, as well. You deserve as much of the credit as the rest.

Nick and Mike were very polite and awesome! They were considerate of parking and allowing me to get in and out of my driveway. They represent the company well. I would recommend them to everybody!!! Jeno is my neighbor and a Mowery customer , he recommend Mowery to me and they did wonderful. My water line is no longer leaking thanks to their hard work!

I have had the Mowery service plan for 4 years and I highly recommend! I just had to replace my water softener and saved 20%. Erica did a great job installing the new one and even pointed out the issues with the previous piping and fixed all of it. Mowery is easy to work and have always been prompt with any appointments, usually with in a day or 2.
