Mowery took care of my family today. Our AC was not keeping up with the heat, so I gave them a call on Thursday to schedule service. Less than 24hrs later our AC was serviced by Nick. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing which made me feel at ease about the situation. Nick had me up and running again in less than 1hr. I received very fair and reasonable pricing, so I will definitely call Mowery again should I need any HVAC annual services and repairs. Thank you all for your professional service and communication.

Kirk was a very professional and astute repairman. He went straight to work inspecting my unit. He was upfront and honest and even showed me what he was looking for. Fortunately my system was in good order and advised I could use just a cleaning of cooling fins and recommend changing filter more often being on a busy intersection. I appreciate their honest approach and highly recommend Kirk and Mowery for any HVAC needs.

I have had the Mowery service plan for 4 years and I highly recommend! I just had to replace my water softener and saved 20%. Erica did a great job installing the new one and even pointed out the issues with the previous piping and fixed all of it. Mowery is easy to work and have always been prompt with any appointments, usually with in a day or 2.

Dennis M. provided outstanding service while cleaning and servicing my fireplace. He was extremely thorough, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain how to properly and safely use it. His patience and attention to detail really stood out, and he made sure all of my questions were fully answered. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. I can now understand why Mowery gets top rated reviews. Today I had my furnace serviced and fireplace. Giss and Tony came to do the services. They were very personable and knowledgeable. The services they performed were detailed and explained thoroughly to me. Prior to them coming out we had a bad chemical odor emitting from the fireplace. After they cleaned and inspected the odor completely disappeared. The fireplace also looks MUCH better then when the last company “serviced” it.
Giss was extremely knowledgeable about the proper way to set the logs and embers in order to run the appliance appropriately.
They also explained several ways that we can save money on maintenance and services in the future. They were a pleasure to work with!
