Dennis responded to an emergency request to diagnose the A/C that stopped working after basement flooded. He was friendly, courteous, exceptionally through and even taught me how to re-light the pilot on the hot water tank, which was not part of his job. I was totally impressed with his service. I hope I can request him for annual maintenance because I feel so confident in his expertise.
Erika and Zak came this morning bright and early and replaced the water heater in record time. Courteous and friendly, and thorough. They kept me informed of every step along the way and even were careful opening and closing doors since there are cats in the house. I confidently recommend them.

A big shout out to the Mowery team! Curran perform maintenance on my water heater while Kyle perform routine maintenance on my furnace
Both gentlemen updated me on product knowledge of my water heater and furnace. Kyle stepped up to help me with a concern I had referring to a possible gas leak. He did discover a gas leak and called the proper authorities. Within an hour Jim and Devon Shaw showed to assess the situation. Jim not only found a gas leak, but unfortunately he found a water leak as well. Jim advised an immediate solution.
The very next morning, on Saturday Jim showed up to tear out a section of my flooring. He fixed both leaks
and cleaned everything up as if he had not been there. I will give jim double credit as he went above and beyond to be here on a Saturday to get everything taken and in safe operation . I sure appreciate his time!
I was extremely surprised at the low price it cost to get this taken care of. Thank you Team Mowery !

I can now understand why Mowery gets top rated reviews. Today I had my furnace serviced and fireplace. Giss and Tony came to do the services. They were very personable and knowledgeable. The services they performed were detailed and explained thoroughly to me. Prior to them coming out we had a bad chemical odor emitting from the fireplace. After they cleaned and inspected the odor completely disappeared. The fireplace also looks MUCH better then when the last company “serviced” it.
Giss was extremely knowledgeable about the proper way to set the logs and embers in order to run the appliance appropriately.
They also explained several ways that we can save money on maintenance and services in the future. They were a pleasure to work with!

Billy was excellent with inspection of our water heater and plumbing. He spent a lot of time going through and explaining the set up and areas of concern for our new home. Very thorough and friendly!
I have worked with Eric for maintenance of our HVAC a couple of times now and he was also great and thorough.
Mowery is great and always reliable. Everyone has been very friendly. I recommend signing up for their service contract for regular service!

Dennis was very friendly, respectful and efficient. I honestly didn’t expect an immediate fix because I thought my problem was complicated and that this would just be a diagnostic appointment. My AC unit had completely shut off and my thermostat was even nonfunctional. He pulled off the thermostat to reveal the smell of burning plastic and exposed wires. However, Dennis was able to fix my problem that same day. Within an hour or two he gave me back my AC! He resolved all of my issues and left me with a perfectly functional AC unit. I always call Mowery for this very reason. They are responsive, efficient, friendly, and reliable. In a 2 am emergency I was even able to call them for a seperate issue a couple months ago. The gentleman was very friendly and willing to come out. I asked him several more questions on whether the issue could wait and determined I wouldn’t make him come, but the availability was a great option to have and remains a great comfort.
