Buyer beware! Pricing is greatly inflated!
Summers is professional and prompt, but they will scam you. We had the Service Comfort Agreement, with annual inspections and "preferred discounting," but that didn't stop them from taking advantage of a customer's trust. We had 2 supply lines and stops replaced for $540. Turns out the costs of the parts are...$35. Even with a $60 service fee, how much do you want to pay for 1 hour of labor?
I was VERY disappointed, and even after speaking with a manager to highlight my pricing concerns, there was absolutely NO empathy or attempt to lower the price. There are many other options that are still professional, licensed, and trustworthy. Summers is NOT one of them.
If you'd like to look up the prices yourself, feel free! At the least, please get a competitor's quote before giving your money to Summers.

Had a water leak at an exterior spigot that was POURING water and would not shut off...on a Saturday ..just before Mother's Day! I called Summers after receiving a flyer in the mail.. and they had someone at my house in 45 min. Had great communication while awaiting the arrival of their Technician Jacob Manyik. This guy was absolutely amazing. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour! Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. I have seen Summers trucks around but this is the first time Ive called and I will definitely use and recommend them going forward.They have great reviews too which I always read. Thank you so much Jacob!

Cole W from Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job with our recent service call. He was warm, careful, thorough and personable. I really enjoyed our visit and almost forgot that I was having AC issues and my house was too warm. The same day response was really wonderful and I feel much better knowing that there's a fix available and it can be done pretty quickly.

I had Jacob out to fix a burst pipe and he was fantastic! So nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job! Jacob also recommend I have someone out for my furnace when I explained what was going on with it. Tyler came out and did a wonderful job, he was great and found/fixed issues that another company didn’t do. I have great peace of mind knowing they did such a thorough job and are so easy to get in contact with if I have issues. Both of them were so professional and friendly I feel incredibly comfortable with them in my home.
I will 100% have them back for any future issues, thank you Jacob and Tyler!!

Tyler provided highly professional service during my HVAC tune-up appointment. He thoroughly assessed the unit, identified areas for improvement, and effectively addressed them. Additionally, he communicated clearly, ensuring I had a comprehensive understanding of my equipment. I am extremely satisfied with his service.
