Buyer beware! Pricing is greatly inflated!
Summers is professional and prompt, but they will scam you. We had the Service Comfort Agreement, with annual inspections and "preferred discounting," but that didn't stop them from taking advantage of a customer's trust. We had 2 supply lines and stops replaced for $540. Turns out the costs of the parts are...$35. Even with a $60 service fee, how much do you want to pay for 1 hour of labor?
I was VERY disappointed, and even after speaking with a manager to highlight my pricing concerns, there was absolutely NO empathy or attempt to lower the price. There are many other options that are still professional, licensed, and trustworthy. Summers is NOT one of them.
If you'd like to look up the prices yourself, feel free! At the least, please get a competitor's quote before giving your money to Summers.

I had Jacob out to fix a burst pipe and he was fantastic! So nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job! Jacob also recommend I have someone out for my furnace when I explained what was going on with it. Tyler came out and did a wonderful job, he was great and found/fixed issues that another company didn’t do. I have great peace of mind knowing they did such a thorough job and are so easy to get in contact with if I have issues. Both of them were so professional and friendly I feel incredibly comfortable with them in my home.
I will 100% have them back for any future issues, thank you Jacob and Tyler!!

Jacob was here two days ago and explained my water softener problem. Very pleasant technician and made appointment to install new softener 3/18/25 WATCO UNIT for 8 year old Agua system that had resin buildup. He was very efficient and explained how often it regenerates...added 1 bag of correct additive in 5 or 6 months......very neat appearance of job well done! I would recommend him to anyone!!! CLowe

She was excellent. Described everything and answered all questions. Heather). Silas also did a great job answering questions and even brought my empty trash cans up to the house for me. Such a nice gesture. Both were fantastic and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Really appreciated how fast they came out when our basement flooded because our sump pump died when we had very cold freezing temps last year, in February. They really got us set back up fast. We also signed up for their inspection service at the time and it was and is very affordable. Also, appreciate how much they contact us for the inspections so we have time to reply and set up a good appointment window. Even with us being about 25-30 min away from their Brownsburg location. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We see you and appreciate you all, doing good work and taking care of your customers!
