Evan and Matt came out to take care of my plumbing issues. They did a great job of explaining what caused the issues I was having and explained all of the work that needed to be completed. They did a great job completing the work.

Jeff was on time and very knowledgeable about all aspects concerning a/c products and other related concerns I had. He provided info to make the experience understandable as well as informative. He took the time to give me an estimate on my water heater that wasn't a part of the original appointment. He provided me with all options available on different levels of a/c units and different pricing options available and the interest rates they offer. He was very professional and well dressed with a Summers Logo shirt. I'm very impressed with this company and Jeff for providing excellent customer service. I will be using Summers to replace my a/c in the next few weeks, thanks to Jeff. So I say,

Professional, and they seem to do quality work, but they are very expensive based on my research. I was part of their annual service plan, and they came to my home recently for annual AC servicing. The tech recommended I replace two basic parts that only retail for about $15 or $20 each. The cost for parts and labor was $688 for a 10 minute install. I guess that was my discounted price! I looked up similar installs on line and Summers was right at the top of the range based on national averages.
I also asked them for an estimate last December to install a water softener that I purchased. They quoted me a price that was three times higher than what I ended up paying s licensed plumber for the same install. There was also a lot of upselling attempts going on during both visits by Summers. I'm moving on to another company.

Garrett was very courteous, professional and punctual! Inspecting all the plumbing in house for preventative maintenance and let me know every step. He explained his findings and reasonable quote! Thanks Summers!!
Christian with Summers did a great job. We were getting preventative maintenance on our heating system done as part of annual checkup. He was thorough, courteous, and professional!
