This newly inaugurated facility, located at 1731 E HWY 136, is expected to generate nearly 100 jobs in the Brownsburg area by the end of 2024. These positions will cover a range of departments, including logistics, operations, human resources, and technical roles, providing local residents with new employment opportunities. PCI’s expansion into Brownsburg underscores the company’s commitment to fostering regional growth while offering top-tier mailing solutions to its clients across the country.

In addition to local job creation, PCI’s expansion has attracted support from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). The IEDC has pledged up to $700,000 in incentive-based tax credits and $100,000 in additional credits to encourage PCI’s growth in Indiana. These incentives are tied to the company meeting hiring targets and making further investments in the area.
Founded in 1984, PCI has steadily grown into one of the nation’s largest providers of mail and print solutions. With facilities already established in Florida, Texas, and Massachusetts, the new Brownsburg location solidifies PCI’s presence in key regions across the country. The Brownsburg facility is expected to be an essential hub for PCI’s growing list of Midwest clients, further reinforcing the company’s role as a leader in the mail industry.
